It’s bandied around in the health industry 24/7. Are you balanced? Do you mean on one foot? Because generally I fare better on two. How about just for yoga? Because while I can whip out a pretty sturdy downward dog in my On Form tights, put me in something like Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana III for those in the know) and I’m a goner!
The gym at this time of year is... crazy. I had to queue for a treadmill last week which is utter madness. In December it was a ghost town, now it’s a bloody zoo. But, we all add to the problem, don’t we? We’re annoyingly good at making big, bold New Year’s resolutions, starting the year at 100mph, then getting a fortnight into it and realising we’ve lost momentum.
