FREE Returns and Exchanges (UK)
We are pretty sure you’ll be happy with your GIBSON GIRL product. In fact, so much so that we offer free returns within the UK if you’re not 100% satisfied. You have 14 days to return your item from the date you received your order.
Any refunds issued will be for the item(s) you are returning not the shipping fee. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we inform you otherwise, which we may do in the case of faulty goods.
For UK customers, we offer a free returns service. Returns must be in new, unworn, unused, re-saleable condition with garment tags attached. Please fill in the returns form and include it with your return.
Simply cut out and affix the FREEPOST label at the end of the form to suitable packaging (the original mailing bag would be ideal).
You have 14 days to return your unworn/unwashed item from the date you received your order.
Returns must be in re-saleable condition. This is where we lay down a few gang rules...
We will not accept returns if they have any of the following:
- Make up and cosmetics marks
- Deodorant marks
- Any strong smells, such as cigarette, sweat or otherwise
Trust us, in all their years in customer service, our team have seen/smelt it all!
Please ensure tags are still on - they are attached with safety pins so are easy for you to remove and re-attach for trying on.
Remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of postage (this is free) as GIBSON GIRL is not responsible if Royal Mail misplace or damage your package.
As long as the item is in new and unused condition, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method. Overseas customers, see Returns & Exchanges (International).
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Exchanged items will be sent free of charge. Please state clearly on the returns form the item(s) you require exchanged and the new size or colour.
Should the required item be unavailable, and provided the item is in its new, unworn, unused, re-saleable condition with garment tags attached within 14 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different colour or size, subject to availability. If a different item is required, please request a refund for the unwanted item and place a new order.
Returns and Exchanges (International)
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account.
We are not able to offer an exchange for returned items on orders outside the UK. If you need an item in a different size or colour, please return the original item(s) for a refund and then place a new order.
To return an item from outside of the UK, complete the returns form and post the item(s) back to us. Please note, you will have to pay for your postage as the pre-paid label will not work from outside UK.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning an item to us by courier, please contact us before you ship the goods as we will need to provide an alternative postal address. Most courier companies will not deliver to the PO Box so we will need to book in the delivery with Head Office.
For customers outside of the EU, any taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Return within 30 days of purchase. In the rare event that you need to return an item due to a manufacturing fault, please complete the returns form stating the fault and return it to us along with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase for repair, refund or exchange.
