If you follow us on social media, you'll know we popped up last weekend at Move:Fit London. An action packed weekend of all thing fitspo – classes, talks and tasters... and shopping!
Gibson Girl brand ambassador, Tally Rye put an enthusiastic and sweaty bunch through their paces during her awesome HIIT class and headlined on the Insta Stage with the lovely Clean Eating Alice to talk Body Confidence.
The Insta Stage was back-to- back inspiring individuals sharing their wise words on everything you could possibly imagine relating to Health & Fitness. Lottie Murphy talked Pilates, Nutritionalist Rhiannon Lambert taught us how to Fuel Our Fitness and Jemma of Mummas Health Hub showed us how to do the moves on her workout cards – perfect for time-poor mamas everywhere!
Another Gibson Girl to hit the Insta Stage was our very own Lizzie Carr sporting her fave Girl Generation Sweat (now sold out – sorry!) Lizzie is literally one of THE most inspiring and motivating people we know, we love hearing her personal stories and discoveries from her incredible paddle boarding adventures.
Of course, as every Gibson Girl knows, there is ALWAYS time for some retail therapy! We tasted raw chocolate from The Raw Chocolate Company and bagged a bargain from Heck whose delicious "healthy option" chicken sausages are simply amazing! Also fabulous for time-poor mamas with an ever hungry brood. At the end of a hectic day, we foam rolled away all of our DOMS followed by a beet smoothie.
The Main Stage was CRAZY! From Les Mills to Strong by Zumba, the atmosphere was totally insane. The highlight for us was the Fight Klub crew, who were killing it!!! So many people having so much fun getting their sweat on to banging drum n bass. The energy and passion they brought to the class was infectious.
We completely SOLD OUT of our Strong not Skinny slogan tanks – AGAIN. Don't worry, new limited edition colourways dropped last night... well, you can pre-order Black & White and Berry on Grey Marl. Our bestseller of the weekend for sure along with our NEW Gibson Girl Power tanks, Move Fit fans just couldn't get of these bad gals who made their debut at the show. Available online now, limited edition in Black, Grey Marl or White, all fresh for Spring!
By Sunday night, our ears were ringing and our legs were aching but we felt upbeat and energised. We’re excited to see what Move:Fit brings next year... Thanks everyone that popped by to say hello. See you Gibson Girls soon!
