Katie Piper story is incredible. She was the victim of a horrific acid attack 10 years ago and in 2009, gave up her right to anonymity in order to increase awareness about burn victims. Her bravery simply amazes us. 

A decade later Katie has 2 children and an amazing career which includes a philanthropist, penning an autobiography, regular magazine columnist and TV presenter. She is founder of her charity The Katie Piper foundation. 

She is also super fit. One of her fitness hack is to work out for just 25 minutes a day no matter whether your at home or at the gym. These regular workouts along with  nutritious food and a healthy lifestyle help her battling with her anxiety issues.
